The Museum of British Surfing
Pete Robinson's Museum of British Surfing will open it's doors this Friday, 6th April.

Exciting times! The UK's first permanent Surfing Museum is the work of years of passionate hard slog collecting surfboards and surfing paraphernalia. Pete has been behind all sorts of discoveries about the origins and earliest documented surfing exploits in Britain including the recent footage of Lewis Rosenberg surfing in the late twenties.
The museum is housed in a small building alongside Braunton car park. Though smaller that Pete would have liked it's a great start to a project that will hopefully grow and grow. So get down there. As a bonus Finisterre (who are sponsoring the opening) are holding a clothing 'blow out' sale there too on the opening two days.
