I took a look in some blowy conditions the other week. It's on of those places that is hard to call conclusively but it does look like a bit of a burger.
It was low tide, but not the lowest of low. There's always going to be better places under the same conditions but it looked like there could be fun to be had there if you felt that way inclined. I saw Wooly & Croyde on the same day and the big whomping waves were having the tops blown off - I'd have rather surfed this glassy little number even though the rocks are a bit...er... rocky.... I don't even know what a 'bit of a burger' is!?
Always wondered what happened round THAT side in a big swell.
