Treasure Your Stick

I had another great session on Friday in clean 2-3ft waves on the 6' Quad Fish. Gonna have to very sadly hand it back now. Last night I dreamt I was buying a lovely new glossy Quad. There's good and bad in this. You've got to enjoy the new feelings of a different board with different qualities, however, you mustn't forget the pleasures of your old stick and the simplicity of sliding from A to B whatever you're on. All you need is a mangy old Mal to have a load of splashy surfy fun. Whatever it is: treasure your stick and don't let board lust spoil what you have. (Easier said than done!)
