The Museum of British Surfing
Just had a meeting with Pete Robsinson, founder of the Museum of British Surfing, as I'm involved in the production of their upcoming new website. The project is getting more and more exciting as the days go on. No news to break here though: everyone will just have to wait and see over the coming months.
I would just like to encourage everyone to follow the Museum of British Surfing's progress via Facebook, become a fan/member and promote it to your friends. The Museum could do with as much promotion and support as possible. (You can also donate online here.)
Pete was responsible for the discovery and preservation of the recently aired footage of British surfers in the 1920's. Aired - I might add - by the BBC without any credit to The Museum of British Surfing; and after not showing up for a scheduled interview with Pete.
